嫌な予想が的中しちゃいました...。NY裁判所に良心は無かったっぽいです。
カナダも訴訟開始したみたいですし，どうなるんですかね。あとイタリアが訴訟準備に入ってるって言う話を11月末〜12月頭に効いたけど，どうなってるのかな。

Sony Hit With Canadian Class Action Suits
Michael Geist -The Merchant Law Firm, based in Calgary, launched class action suits in both the Ontario and B.C. courts yesterday. This follows a less-publicized class action launched in Quebec against Sony last November. All of these cases arise from the rootkit issue.
